Prices are displayed in the "Prices" tab of each accommodation, per rental/day, per rental/week, per rental/fortnight.

Holiday Confirmation and Payment
Once you have checked the availability for your preferred accommodation on your chosen dates, read our Reservation Conditions, fill in the booking form. You may insert special requests on the form, or contact us, we will do our best to provide your requests. We will transfer them to the relevant party at whose discretion the service will be provided. We cannot be held responsible in case the requests are not met.

When you are happy of all details inserted and displayed, please continue to payment procedure.
When you accept the Reservation Conditions on the Booking Form you will do so for yourself and on behalf of any other persons named on the booking form, including those substituted or added by agreed amendment.
Once we have received payment, you will receive an email of your confirmed booking. No commitment exists until we receive payment and we have returned an e-mail with receipt for payment.
Rentals & Prices
The rents are calculated depending upon the type of accommodation: Hotel Rooms, Suites, Apartments, Villas and Bungalows. Unless differently specified, all accommodations with or without boarding facilities are usually priced per property per day, unless specified. Prices are also available to view per day or per fortnight in the chosen accommodation prices. Total price of the holiday is shown during the online reservation process, at the “summary” step 2. For the months of July and August fortnightly bookings (minimum) are usually accepted, unless otherwise specified. For the rest of the year weekly bookings are usually accepted, although in some cases different number of days than weekly base may be accepted. Please check each accommodation for details on minimum rental days.
Changeover day & Check In/Out Times
Changeover day is usually Saturday or Sunday depending upon the accommodation. If the stay begins on a Saturday and is a weekly booking, your departure day from the accommodation will also be Saturday. Unless differently specified in the accommodation, you should arrive not earlier than 15.00 hrs and not later than 22.30 hrs and leave not later than 10.00 hrs. However, occasionally, exceptions can be made.
Breakages and Cleaning
For self catering properties we reserve the right to ask for breakages deposit payable to us before your departure or on arrival. Properties are to be left clean and tidy but normally there will be a final cleaning fee to be paid. We do also ask that our clients respect the properties and treat them with care. We rely on clients' honesty to inform us of any damage/breakages, so that the matter can be dealt with before the next clients' arrival.

All prices shown are in Euros (€), unless specified differently. All payments are to be made in Euros.

The Green Tick is your guarantee! Our Italy Resort Manager, Carla Cauteruccio, personally visits the properties, takes care of the descriptions and images shown, with high attention to all details, and makes sure that all the information provided is accurate at the time of publishing. Each property that is personally visited and approved by Carla carries a big Green Tick in it's description giving you the comfort that "we have been there and checked it for you".
As our Italy Resort Manager, Carla always proves herself a real gem into providing the most accurate information and in creating a long lasting relationship with the owners who in time have also become friends.

In the case of the descriptions been provided by the accommodation providers we have no reason to believe that at the time of publishing the documents in the web brochure were not accurate but true to fact, as we trust in our accommodation providers honesty.
Unless differently specified, all accommodations include stay or property rental. In most cases they also include electricity/gas & water, bed linen & small towels (see each Accommodation/Hotel details). Beach towels are not provided and it is recommended that you take your own bath towels. Please remember that in warmer climates, furnishings are often simpler and fewer and tastes are different. We strongly recommend car hire for all our properties.
Self Catering Accommodations
Self Catering is probably the most appropriate accommodation type for families or groups, as is a cheaper solution for big parties and the guest is not restricted by hotel times and regulations.
The Self Catering properties are owned by southern Italians and they do not cater for the Mass tourist market.
These properties normally have shower and/or bathroom with hot and cold water, kitchen area with fridge, cooking hob, some with ovens, all with cold water, some with hot water. Unless differently specified prices include electricity/gas & water, bed linen & small towels (see each accommodation for details).
"Double bedrooms" do not necessarily have double beds, but may have two singles which can be joined together.
All the owners are proud of their accommodation and may, from time to time, visit to attend to their property.
Some of our Self Catering properties may be located on holiday village premises, which may include hotels and other facilities. Included in the price of your reservation are only the facilities and services specified in your chosen accommodation on our online brochure.
Hotels
Hotel accommodations may be on b&b, half board or full board. The price of your booking will include the board, facilities and services specified in your chosen accommodation on our online brochure.
Prices stated are generally applied to rooms as described in our brochure. However, this is subject to availability, therefore some times other rooms may be offered for the same price.
B&B
B&B board provides hotel room with continental breakfast, often served as buffet. Fruit juices are usually included in the price. Please see each accommodation for details.
Half Board
Half Board includes hotel room, breakfast and one meal, which is usually at hotels discretion, in some cases, when specified, guests may choose, at breakfast time, between a lunch or dinner meal.
Meal will usually be from a set menu. Where an à la carte menu is available, it is usually possible to choose from that menu, if you prefer. However, it is wise to decide based upon possible extra charges, that we suggest should be previously discussed with the hotelier or property owner, as the balance must be paid locally before departure. If you should choose to vary the terms of your booking in this way, we cannot be involved in future disagreements about extra charges.
Full Board
Full board includes hotel room, breakfast, lunch and dinner meals. Please check each accommodation for further details on meals.
Agritourisms
Agritourisms are accommodations usually set on working farms or country lands. They provide very particular experiences to their guests, from home grown and traditionally home made food and wine, together with the socialization with local customers which are very friendly people. Please make sure you are aware of all information and conditions of the agritourism property/hotel chosen as the accommodations cannot automatically be considered neither as self catering property nor hotels when it comes to services and facilities.

Extras
We reserve the right to claim an administration charge with the full outstanding balance if you should not settle in full any extra charges before departure.
Occupancy
The most suitable occupancy for the property is always the first number stated. However, extra beds/sofa beds/cots are available to allow up to the second number.

Your local contacts are the property owners/carers or hoteliers. They will be concerned on your having a good experience and will be very glad to be of assistance in case of need or emergency. Insurance and travel arrangements
It is essential to provide for the unexpected, insurance, both before and during your holiday. Insurance caters for most contingencies from the cancellation of your holiday, in circumstances beyond your control (thus insuring deposit for rent, air fares, etc.,) to almost every conceivable problem that can spoil a holiday. The use of a car is strongly recommended for all our accommodations. For your air travel, car hire and insurance please indicate in the notes box in the booking form or contact us, we will give you all our personal assistance.
