These conditions, together with relevant brochure, General Information, web descriptions, Reservation Conditions and How to Book, form part of the Client’s contract with the Company Stayinsouthernitaly Ltd, whose objectives are displayed in the online brochures of Reservastay.com and Intertourtravel.com
These terms and conditions, apply to all our services directly, or indirectly through distributors, made available online, by email or by telephone. By accessing, browsing and using our website and/or by completing a reservation, you acknowledge and agree to have read, understood and to be bound by these terms and conditions, including the privacy statement.
In these conditions references to “the Company” and to “Us” shall mean Stayinsouthernitaly Ltd, registered in England and Wales, registered number 04625650 and/or their subsidiaries or associate companies. “The client” shall mean the lead person and everyone named in a booking confirmed online, or by any other booking confirmation method, and anyone else added subsequently to it. “Accommodation providers” will mean the owner/providers of hotels, apartments, villas and all other accommodation of any description featured on this website. References to “accommodation” means the lodging area assignment including all facilities and services advertised on our website that we have agreed to arrange in connection with the Clients’ confirmed booking.
Scope of our Service
Stayinsouthernitaly Ltd provide digital interactive accommodation brochures, that list and describe accommodation providers of all types, including hotels, villas, apartments, bed & breakfasts, and all other accommodation of any description and their offer of rooms and accommodation for reservation.
The objective of the company is to provide our online viewers of a simple and effective service for booking holiday accommodation, of usually weekly duration, for couples, small to bigger families, vacation parties and groups, themed holiday groups, including, when available, food & wine tasting holidays, sport holidays, trekking holidays visiting medieval villages, cultural holidays, nature holidays, holidays with religious and historic backgrounds and holidays that will bring tourists to visit, admire, enjoy and savour the natural beauties of the areas of South Italy, in the regions of Calabria, Basilicata, Apulia, Campania, Sardinia, Sicily.
Agreeing to these terms and conditions you accept that Stayinsouthernitaly Ltd act as a booking agent and endeavour to honour our quality commitment with you, taking care into choosing and checking all accommodations, in order to list the most appropriate, most adequate and comfortable accommodations within our web brochures, however, this is not always possible therefore we undertake no responsibility for and are not liable for misrepresentations, breaches of contract, breaches of statutory duty or negligence of any accommodation providers and other suppliers of services who sell their products and services through us. Although we will use reasonable skill and care in performing our services we will not be held responsible for any errors (including manifest and typographical errors), any interruptions (whether due to any temporary and/or partial breakdown, repair, upgrade or maintenance of our web brochures or otherwise), inaccurate, misleading or untrue information or non-delivery of information. Each accommodation provider remains responsible at all times for the accuracy, completeness and correctness of the descriptive information including rates and availability displayed on our web brochure. By making a reservation through any of the above mentioned web brochures, you enter into a direct, legally binding, contractual relationship with the accommodation providers at which you book. From the point at which you make your reservation, we act solely as an intermediary between you and the accommodation providers, transmitting the details of your reservation to the relevant accommodation providers and sending you a confirmation email of your reservation.
Our services are made available for personal and non-commercial use only. Therefore, you are not allowed to re-sell, deep-link, use, copy, monitor (e.g. spider, scrape), display, download or reproduce any content or information, software, products or services available on our website for any commercial or competitive activity or purpose.
Miscellaneous
Unless stated otherwise, the software required for our services or available at or used by our web brochure and the intellectual property rights (including the copyrights) of the contents and information of and material on our website and web brochure are owned by Stayinsouthernitaly Ltd, its suppliers or providers.
These conditions shall be governed by International Law.
Disclaimer
Subject to the limitations set out in these terms and conditions, we shall only be liable for direct damages actually suffered, paid or incurred by you due to an attributable shortcoming of our obligations in respect of our services, up to an aggregate amount of the aggregate cost of your reservation as set out in the confirmation email (whether for one event or series of connected events).
However, neither we nor any of our affiliated companies shall be liable for:
- any punitive, special, indirect or consequential loss or damages, any loss of production, loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of contract, loss of or damage to goodwill or reputation, loss of claim,
- any inaccuracy relating to the (descriptive) information (including rates, availability and ratings) of the hotel as made available on our website, the services rendered or the products offered by the hotel,
- any (direct, indirect, consequential or punitive) damages, losses or costs suffered, incurred or paid by you, pursuant to, arising out of or in connection with the use, inability to use or delay of our website, or
- for any (personal) injury, death, property damage, or other (direct, indirect, special, consequential or punitive) damages, losses or costs suffered, incurred or paid by you, whether due to (legal) acts, errors, breaches, (gross) negligence, wilful misconduct, omissions, non-performance, misrepresentations, tort or strict liability by or (wholly or partly) attributable to the hotel (its employees, directors, officers, agents, representatives or affiliated companies), including any (partial) cancellation, overbooking, strike, force majeure or any other event beyond our control.
We may provide hyperlinks or pointers to other websites maintained by third parties which we think may be of interest to visitors of the Site. Such other websites are not under the control of the Company or maintained by us and we are not responsible for the content of such websites. We provide these links for your convenience only but does not monitor or endorse the material on them. The Company cannot accept any liability whatsoever and howsoever arising in relation to any such other websites (including , by way of example, any inability to access or delay in accessing any such other website) or in relation to any material or information appearing on them or which you may otherwise come across after leaving the Site by way of a hypertext link or any other means or for any services or facilities of any description which you may book through or via any such website.
It is always wise for you to run an anti-virus program on all content and materials downloaded from the Internet in general and the Site in particular.

At Stayinsouthernitaly Ltd your privacy is our priority. We understand that making purchases online involve trust and that you wish to remain in control of your personal information. Retaining your trust is a responsibility that we take very seriously, we are therefore committed to protecting your privacy at all times, in all situations and will duly and diligently safeguard and protect the privacy and confidentiality of your personal information. By disclosing your personal information to Stayinsouthernitaly Ltd, using our web brochures or over the telephone, you consent to the collection, storage and processing of your personal information by Stayinsouthernitaly Ltd as stated in this privacy policy.
When you make a reservation you will be asked to submit personal information, about yourself such as your name, email address, telephone number, and address and credit card details.
Whenever you provide such personal information the Company will collate and use such personal information in accordance to this “Privacy Policy”.
For the purposes of completing your booking and save for disclosures required by law, criminal investigations, subpoenas or court orders, we will only disclose your name to the relevant accommodation provider with which a booking is made. However, please note that from time to time, we may use third party distributors which provide certain services and functions for and on our behalf. These third party distributors may have access to (part of) your personal information in order to perform their services and functions, but are subject to a confidentiality obligation pursuant to which they cannot use, share or disclose the information for any other purpose.
By completing a booking, you agree to receive an invitation email to complete our guest review form which we may send to you after your stay at the hotel, which review can also be completed anonymously. By completing the guest review, you agree that the completed guest review can be uploaded to our website at the relevant hotel information page for the sole purpose of informing (future) clients on the service (level) and quality of the relevant hotel. We reserve the right to adjust, refuse or remove review forms at our sole discretion. The guest review form should be regarded as a survey and does not include any (further commercial) offers, invitations or incentives whatsoever. If you no longer wish to receive a survey request email, you can simply click on the unsubscribe link or reply (with "unsubscribe" in the subject line).
If you wish to subscribe to receiving our newsletter or wish to receive other information from us (in respect of our affiliated companies' or business partners' products or services), we offer you the option to "Opt in" for this service. If you no longer wish to receive our newsletter and other promotional communications, you can simply click on the unsubscribe link or reply (with "unsubscribe" in the subject line).
For (improvement of) our service and product, we may use (temporary and persistent) cookies to track browsing behaviour and monitor and record the visits and use of our website(s). Cookies are text files stored at your computer, either temporary or persistent on your hard drive. Cookies are used for authenticating, session tracking (state maintenance), and maintaining specific information about the users of our website, such as site preferences or the contents of their electronic shopping carts. Control over your data
You always have the right to access, rectify, cancel and oppose to the personal data you have stored with us. You can find out what personal information we hold about you by writing to Stayinsouthernitaly Ltd. Your request must be accompanied by a cheque for €10.00. Stayinsouthernitaly Ltd will acknowledge your request within ten working days. Should we be prevented from disclosing your Personal Information the Company will give reasons for any such refusal. If any of the Personal Information that we hold about you is incorrect or needs updating, please contact us at our postal address. We may request that you provide further information and identification to enable us to comply with this request.
When do we send you emails?
After you have made a booking, you will receive a confirmation message with all the information about your booking. You may take this confirmation to the hotel as proof of the reservation. Furthermore, after your stay at the accommodation, we will send you the guest review survey, which we appreciate to be filled in by you. Your completed guest review form may be uploaded onto the relevant accommodation’s information page on our website for the sole purpose of informing (future) customers of your opinion of the service (level) and quality of the accommodation. To the extent that you have "Opted in" you may receive from us and from time to time our newsletter or other information.
We are at all times entitled to change the way we collect, transmit and process the personal information and such other information as we may deem necessary. This Privacy Statement may therefore be amended from time to time in order to reflect the latest changes.
Site Use
We may suspend access to the web brochures, due to maintenance works, net security reasons or force majeure with no obligation to reimburse or compensate you for the period in which access was suspended.
Access to the web brochures is strictly controlled by the Company and it's web brochures and the Company reserves the right to change, modify, substitute or suspend or remove without notice any information or service from time to time.
You may download one copy of the content of the Site for your own personal use but you may not in so doing remove any trademark, copyright or other proprietary notice. You may not otherwise copy, modify, reproduce, sell, lease, market or distribute the content placed on the Site without the prior written consent of the Company.

- deface, alter or interfere with the appearance and layout of this website or the underlying software code;
- take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on this website or related infrastructure.
Without prejudice to any of the Company's other rights, we reserves the right to deny access to this website, and all our web brochures, and/or cancel bookings wherever and whenever we believe (at our absolute discretion) that you are in breach of any of the Company Terms.
